HUNTING LEASES 2024-2025
We will let everyone look at the tracts they are interested in first. On July 12th at 10:00 a.m., I will start accepting phone calls for the leases. Leases are first come first serve so please be ready to lease the tract you have chosen on that day. 870-615-0991
Carmical--55 acres--Drew County--$10.00 per acre--55 acres of pine timber north of Monticello near Rock Springs area. Access is from the north of Sullivan Road.
Pigg tract--26 acres--Lincoln County--$10.00 per acre--10 acres of big hardwood and pine timber located in northern Lincoln county. Access is from Alabama Road from the east. Boundary lines are painted with blue paint.
Beaver Hollow tract--141 acres--Van Buren County--$15.00 per acre--All hardwood timber with creek running thru the middle. DOES NOT HAVE LEGAL ACCESS. You would need to get permission for access.
JFG tract--80 acres--Van Buren County--$15.00 per acre--All hardwood and pine timber with creek. DOES NOT HAVE LEGAL ACCESS. You would need to get permission for access.
Once the tract is being leased we will "dim" that tract below and note that it is pending payment. And once the contract and payment have been received into our office we will remove the tract from the website completely.

- Hunting Lease Liability Insurance is REQUIRED. We suggest a provider to you at time of leasing, but you are welcome to use your own as long as our requirements are met. The current rates are $74.50 per club plus $.29 cents per acre.
